Term 3

Term 3 - Collaborative Teaching

What a start.  All children have been regrouped.  Mrs Savage has planned the reading, Ms Waugh the maths and Mrs Haig the writing.  The children have begun making decisions around checking where they should be for each lesson before school.  Children are working with a variety of different children and in different places.  We have been impressed with most of the children in their ability to self manage and have what they need ready for the learning in rooms they are no usually in.  Well done kids.

End of Term

It is with sadness that we say farewell to Miss Quint tomorrow as she heads off to her new position at Rolleston.  We wish her all the best.  We will miss her good ideas and her passion that she has for MLP (Modern Learning Practice) and are disappointed we didn't get to be in our modified rooms while she was here.

We are looking forward to working with Mrs Savage as she returns to work with us in Room 21.
